Chiang Mai is a popular destination for backpackers + location independent entrepreneurs alike! Our first time in Thailand, we didn’t make it up to Chiang Mai, so this time around we wanted to get there, and we wanted to stay a while.
We booked a month at a great AirBnb in the Nimman area, and discovered all the great restaurants in the area! We set up a routine where we were working 6 days a week, and taking one day off a week to explore the Chiang Mai area.
On this episode, we discuss how we got into a routine where we were getting work done, while still discovering great restaurants, practicing yoga and exploring the area. We share what we did and some of our favorite activities in Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai is really a great place to do “you” – it pretty much has something for everyone in a really comfortable location. You can eat great food, see luxury movies for an affordable price, and hang out; or you can explore outside of the city and go hiking, swim in waterfalls, etc.
Enjoy!
