On this episode of the podcast, we are off to beautiful Jamaica! We spent our first 4 days practicing yoga at a yoga retreat run by Yoga Bless. We had a fabulous time, eating fresh fruit, practicing yoga (of course), and relaxing in the sun, before heading to a guesthouse just outside of Montego Bay for our last 2 days. Being that this was the last 2 days of a 6 month trip, we both experienced a lot of stress, anxiety, fear, doubt, worry, excitement, and sadness, just to name a few emotions. Coming home after a long trip brings forth a lot of different feelings, all of which we try to discuss.
